The design of the condos is also ideal for elderly persons. All units have at least two access points. They all have front and back access points. Some units have wheelchair ramp accesses from the back private access drive way, such that most wheel chair users could enter without assistance. The second floor units are also accessible with wheel chairs from a back private access driveway which is at the same level of that second floor. Ownership of any of the private underground garages is optional. Fractional or exclusive ownership of an elevator is also optional.

Free Resort Living in Paradise

Each Bedroom in the three bedroom Suite could be used/rented independently of the the rest of the suite with one paying for two, from its rental. The three bedroom suites are designed so that the owner could live in one part exclusively, whilst renting the rest of the suite at resort rates.The owner could live free in St.Lucia if desired. 
Some 2,000 sq ft units have two floors, Ground and 1st floors. The 1st floor having three access points can be rented out at Hotel Resort rates whilst the owner lives on the ground floor or vise versa, without any interference between the two floors. One floor could pay for both, with the owner living in one free. There are a number of owner reconfiguration posibilities.

The property has a free shuttle service within the Rodney Bay area which includes Reduit Beach, Gros Islet Beach, Pigeon Point Beaches, Pigeon Point National Park, the malls, Banks, supermarkets, the Gros Islet Town or the Golf Course.

Because of the exceptional qualities of the location, the Developer decided that only the most luxurious finishing would go with the property. The buildings reflect a Palatial design, including stone cladding outer walls, Granite Counter Tops, stone, hard wood or carpeted floors, full air conditioning, solar water heating, stainless steel kitchen appliances and specific bathroom finishing which pre construction buyers could request.
Home Comfort Resorts (HCR) is responsible for managing the process for buyers who are Non St. Lucian Nationals to acquire ownership of their Condominiums in St.Lucia. Details of these procedures are reflected at the end of this document.
On completion of purchase, the owner decides whether he wants his property rented by HCR, when he is absent.
Home Comfort Resorts is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property on an actual cost basis.
HCR can be responsible for the overall management of the property on a 40% of net profits basis with 60% going to the owners.
