Each Bedroom in the three bedroom Suite could be used/rented independently of the the rest of the suite with one paying for two, from its rental. The three bedroom suites are designed so that the owner could live in one part exclusively, whilst renting the rest of the suite at resort rates. The owner could live free in St.Lucia if desired.
The 2,000 sq ft units have two floors, Ground and 1st floors. The 1st floor having three access points can be rented out at Hotel Resort rates whilst the owner lives on the ground floor or vise versa, without any interference between the two floors. One floor could pay for both, with the owner living in one free. There are a number of owner reconfiguration posibilities.
Because of the exceptional qualities of the location, the Developer decided that only the most luxurious finishing would go with the property.
